All orders in the U.S. are shipped through UPS or US Postal Service.

Minimum Purchase:
Each order has a $100 minimum purchase amount.

Method of Payment:
We accept all major credit cards & bank wire transfer. Company checks and personal checks are not accepted.

Billing Address Shipping Only:
Credit card orders are shipped only to the billing address of the credit card holder for security reasons. If you want your order shipped to another address, please complete, sign and fax the Shipping Waiver Form to 323-586-9400 within a couple of hours of placing your order. There are no exceptions.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges on orders are estimates. The shipping charges will be based on actual shipping plus insurance and a minimal handling fee. For security reasons, we only ship to the billing address of the credit card holder.

International Orders/Shipping:
For International orders the cheapest way to ship is via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping will vary depending on country, size of box and weight. We will inform you of the shipping charges.

Mokahandbags.com is not responsible for any VAT/Custom Duties and/or Import Tariffs required by the receiver's country. International Orders may be subject to VAT/Custom Duties, Tariffs and/or Taxes by the destination country.

Returns:
Returns must be made within 2 days of receiving your order. You must obtain a Return Authorization number and write it outside the return box. Returns with no RA number will be refused. Allow 10 - 15 days for credits to be posted to your account. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases. Orders not accepted at time of delivery for any reason are "Return to Shipper" classified and are charged for the return shipping fees as per UPS 3 Day Shipping Rate plus 25% restocking fee .
